Training is an integral component of CART. There are mandatory training requirements for CART membership which include instruction on emergency management, incident command, and emergency response. • IS-706 NIMS Intratate Mutual Aid – An Introduction
• IS-800.b National Response Framework, An Introduction
• IS-10.a Animals in Disasters: Awareness and Preparedness
• IS-11.a Animals in Disasters: Community Planning
• IS-111.a Livestock in Disasters
